Competitive Solutions, LLC was founded in 1992.  We have worked with a wide variety of specialties including Plastic Surgery, Neurosurgery, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Otolaryngology, Cardiology and Internal Medicine. Our philosophy is to teach the client which business measures to closely monitor and to focus management effort on the elements of the business under management control.
